Overall, the frame is intact, but there are some age-consistent and non-distracting scratches and scuff marks on it. The canvas is in good shape without rips or bumps, and the paint is not cracked.
I have noticed that, for some reason, the hanging apparatus on the back is aligned for vertical hanging. However, based on the position of the signature on the bottom right corner, this painting appears to be intended for horizontal viewing. Perhaps the previous owner enjoyed it vertically.
The painting measures 64 cm (25") tall and 74 cm (29") wide with the frame. The visible part inside the frame is 49 cm (19") tall and 59 cm (23") wide. It weighs 2.5 kg unpacked.
