Beautifully carved wooden duck decoy in good vintage condition, free of chips, cracks or repairs.
The underside reads:
'TO JOS + ALEX
STEVEZ'.
A protective layer of varnish or lacquer has been applied to the wood surface, which gives this duck a glossy look. As it can be seen in the pictures, the turned neck and the eyes give a meaningful look that almost feels as if this duck might just start talking to you.
It measures 25 cm (9.8") wide, 8.5 cm (3.3") tall and 9 cm (3.5") deep.
Overall, a very nice piece for the collector.
