Hand painted Noritake Morimura porcelain vase in vintage condition, depicting a beautiful landscape scene with a country house and trees.
The vase has two handles that have a sharp art deco form, and stands 17.5 cm tall with a depth and width of 10 cm, weighing about 500 grams unpacked.
Considering its age, it is in good condition, free of chips, cracks or repairs. There is almost no loss to the gilt around the handles and the rim.
The bottom is marked NIPPON below the green wreath and the letter M, which stands for the M of Morimura (brothers). This particular marking was used between 1911 and 1921, after which date Noritake products were stamped with 'Made in Japan'.
