Mid century West German pottery dish by Scheurich.
This is a hen-shaped glazed ceramic cookware for roasting chicken in the oven and serving it on table.
The bottom is marked 'Scheurich 997-35 Made in GERMANY'.
It is in good vintage condition, free of chips, cracks or repairs. There is some crazing and signs of non-excessive previous use.
The dish is 33 cm wide, 22 cm deep and 9.5 cm tall, weighing 1.4 kg unpacked.
