Victorian style mid century wall decor with ornate metal frame and convex glass in good vintage condition, depicting an image of a boy holding a dog.
I believe it is 'Master Simpson' by Arthur William Devis (1762 - 1822).
The framed picture is 42 cm tall, 32 cm wide and 2 cm deep, weighing about 1.1 kg unpacked.
The ornate metal frame and the convex glass are in good condition. There are no chips, cracks or repairs, and the framing is tight with hanging apparatus ready on the back.
Marked 'MADE IN ITALY' on the backside.
