Vintage Thorn Canada Inuit-style hunter figurine, manufactured by Thorn Arts Ltd. in British Columbia, Canada, circa 1970s–1980s. (Please note that this is a vintage commercial souvenir and is not an Indigenous hand-carved stone sculpture.)
Features a standing hunter in a hooded parka holding a removable faux-bone plastic spear accent.
Hand-incised signature reading "Thorn Canada" is etched on the underside of the base.
Molded from a composite of crushed soapstone powder and resin, it features a marbled, swirling pattern on the bottom surface characteristic of the Thorn Arts manufacturing process.
It is 19 cm tall, 8 cm wude and 12 cm deep with the removable spear in hand, weighing about 500 grams unpacked.
Good vintage condition. Includes the original plastic spear insert. The figure shows minor surface wear, light scuffs, and faint scratches consistent with age and handling. No major chips or cracks. See photos for close-up details.
