Vintage "Lampette" high-intensity desk lamp, designed and manufactured by Eichhoff-Werke in Germany during the late 1960s to early 1970s. This model features a bright yellow enameled finish and an adjustable, telescoping chrome articulating arm that allows the light to fold completely flat.
Unlike plastic-base variants, this model features a heavy rectangular metal transformer base equipped with a classic silver faceplate and a HI / LOW intensity toggle switch. This piece is a factory export model built specifically for the North American market. It retains its original vintage North American power cord and plug (marked Walsin Lihwa P-05). It runs on standard 110V/120V household outlets without the need for adapters or voltage converters.
