Mid century 1960s vintage set of 6 Murano "Tre Fuochi" (Three Fires) brandy snifter glasses, made in Venice, Italy.
Each glass is about 7 cm tall, 5.5 cm wide and 5.5 cm deep.
This is a multi-color "Harlequin" set, which ncludes 6 different colors: Cobalt Blue, Ruby Red, Emerald Green, Light Blue, Amethyst Purple, and Amber Yellow.
They are made of colored blown glass. The exteriors are decorated with a thick band of 24k gold overlay, hand-etched scrollwork, and raised, hand-painted white enamel flowers.
CONDITION:
The set is structurally sound, with the following cosmetic wear from age:
Gold Rims: Overall wear, thinning, and minor factory skips on the gold leaf around the top rims.
Enamel Flowers: Some broken petals and small chips on the raised white enamel artwork.
Bases: Light surface scuffs on the underside of the gold feet from shelf wear.
