Vintage Royal Dux Bohemia "Rococo Dancing Lady" Porcelain Figurine – Model 3794.

Crafted in Czechoslovakia (now the Czech Republic) during the post-WWII era, this exquisite piece depicts a refined 18th-century style aristocratic lady caught mid-dance.

It is 21 cm tall, 11 cm wide and 11 cm deep, weighing about 550 grams unpacked.

The figurine showcases a striking contrast between a deep cobalt blue bodice/base and a beautifully tiered, flowing white ruffled skirt. The piece is richly embellished with hand-applied 24K gold trim and delicate blue floral accents.

The base has the underglaze blue circular stamp reading "Royal Dux - Made in Czechoslovakia" enclosing an oak leaf and authenticating its mid-20th-century origin. Deeply impressed mold numbers 3794 (the design line) and 20 (the factory size designation code). There is also a hand-painted gold number 11 on the base, serving as the personal signature of the master gilder who hand-finished this specific piece. Model 3794 is historically paired with the matching male companion (Model 3793).

CONDITION:
The delicate fingers, outstretched hands, and fine porcelain ruffles along the hem of the dress are all completely intact with no visible breaks or chips. The glossy white glaze and the rich cobalt blue underglaze retain a high-shine finish without hairline cracks or cloudiness. The gold trim around the base, bodice, and ruffles shows minimal rubbing or thinning, which is common for mid-century pieces. The facial features and blue floral patterns remain sharp. There is standard, light shelf wear (darkening) on the unglazed circular rim where the base rests on surfaces, which confirms its age.
