Exquisite vintage Royal Albert fine bone china teacup and saucer set from the highly collectible, premium "Treasure Chest" series. Made in England between the 1950s and 1970s, this stunning set features a wide-mouthed Avon shape decorated with vibrant red and soft white cabbage roses.
The standout feature of this rare collector's set is the dramatic, heavy 22K gold brushed (sponged) trim that heavily coats the scalloped edges, delicate handle, and foot base.
Condition:
Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or crazing. It passes the acoustic "ping test" with a clear chime. The gold gilding is bright, lustrous, and remarkably intact with minimal signs of age or stacking wear. First-quality production with clean backstamps.
