Vintage 1970s porcelain figurine from Romania's premier fine china manufacturer, Apulum S.A., featuring a classical woman carrying a delicate basket of flowers.
It is approximately 20 cm tall, 8 cm wide and 10 cm deep, weighing about 300 grams unpacked.
What makes this figurine truly special is its striking iridescent luster glaze, which reflects a beautiful rainbow sheen under light.
The underside has the official green Apulum factory crest and is stamped with "Lucru Manual" (Romanian for "Handmade" / "Hand Work"), indicating that the floral details, basket elements, and overglaze decoration were meticulously finished by hand.
CONDITION:
Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or fading to the iridescent finish. The delicate, hand-applied flower petals are in intact shape, which is quite rare for porcelain figurines of this age.
