An exquisite piece of turn-of-the-century European porcelain, this antique Royal Vienna style portrait creamer features an elegant Art Nouveau silhouette. Crafted by the renowned German manufacturer Zeh, Scherzer and Co. on their highly collectible Mignon scalloped blank, this piece features a classical transfer portrait vignette of a Victorian lady, set against a rich iridescent luster ground with heavy, intricate gold filigree accents.
The underside features dual historic backstamps: the green factory stamp for MIGNON Z.S. and Co. BAVARIA (dating production precisely between 1880 and 1918), alongside a crimson retailer Crown over Royal Vienna.
