Vintage Dutch brass spoon and fork wall decor set.
Crafted as premium travel souvenirs from the historic fishing village of Volendam, Holland, this matching pair stands out for its good size, detailed craftsmanship, and substantial weight.
Unlike smaller, lightweight stamped reproductions, this set is made of thick, heavy solid-cast brass, weighing a combined 1.4 kg (nearly 3 pounds). Their impressive 39 cm height gives them an outstanding visual presence, making them the perfect statement pieces for a rustic kitchen, dining room, or farmhouse gallery wall.
Design Features:
The Spoon: Features the raised text "VOLENDAM" and "HOLLAND", with a deeply embossed high-relief scene of a classic Dutch tavern gathering.
The Fork: Highlights a traditional rural Dutch landscape depicting grazing farm animals.
The Handles: Beautifully designed with twisted stems, a crowned top finial, and the iconic Dutch coat of arms featuring the standing lion.
Hanging Ready: Each piece features a small, discreet hole built into the top crown finial, allowing them to hang perfectly flat against your wall.
