Vintage Soviet-era wall plaque, crafted in the 1970s–1980s within the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR), and depicting a traditional Ukrainian Cossack (often associated with the folk hero Taras Bulba). It features a highly detailed face, a traditional forelock (chub), a prominent sweeping mustache, and a functional pipe/candle holder extension.
Cast using traditional sand-mold methods, this heavy metal piece is finished with a stunning dark bronze and copper-toned painted patina. The reverse side features three pre-drilled holes for secure wall mounting.
